Mobile gaming has become popular since everyone started playing Snake on their Nokia 3310 for hours, prior to Candy Crush Saga taking up hours of our iPhone storage. But as smart phones continue to advance, they are able to compete with best gaming consoles as real time gaming platform. The portability and mobile platform of popular games like Call of Duty and Fortnite are to blame for their incredibly rapid popularity and that makes sense given the strength to the best gaming mobile phones on the market.
While the most popular Samsung and iPhone phones are designed to run one of most demanding mobile games, but the competition is so large that dedicated best gaming phones like Zte’s Nubia Red Magic, Asus ROG, and Xiaomi’s Black Shark are worth buying. So, “Which is the best gaming phone to buy?” We have researched and analyzed and come to the point that Nubia Red Magic 7 is the top best gaming phone overall to buy.
But here are some of the Top 5 Gaming Phones in 2022 that might rank higher for you.
The Zte’s Nubia Red Magic 7 is not at all low key but is one of the top 5 gaming phones to buy. It has some amazing specs but is a touch hefty, thick and bold. It has a huge 6.8-inch AMOLED screen that can tackle fast-moving action thanks to its 165Hz frame rate with an astounding touch sample rate of 720Hz.
To ensure smoothness during endless gaming sessions, its flagship specification includes Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, 128/256GB of storage, 12/16/18GB of RAM, and an upgraded three-fan cooling unit. The same back side triple camera system is still in place as in the Red Magic 6S’s and Red Magic 5S’s, however this time it is slightly better.
The only letdown of Nubia Red Magic 7 is the battery life, which is lower compared to its predecessor at 4500mAh and poor software experience.
The Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro is undoubtedly the second top best ultimate gaming phone, but it’s not free.
Since performance is the main concern, the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, which is the most potent available, powers the phone. Other specifications are excellent as well, including a 165Hz AMOLED screen, up to 18GB of RAM and a 6000mAh battery. Like all ROG Phones, it has a special PMOLED display on the back that displays incoming calls, alerts, and the battery level. It also comes with a variety of add-on accessories.
The only issue is its price as all of its competitors are less expensive with comparable performance. It’s a fantastic gaming phone, but in 2022, there will be several gaming phones that offer the same for less money.
The Black Shark 5 Pro, the third best gaming phone, despite not reinvent the wheel but checks all the right boxes for gamers: it offers a silky smooth 144Hz refresh rate, top-notch performance, gaming features like gesture-activated shortcuts, magnet triggers, resulting in a fantastic portable gaming experience without any need for extra features.
The 120W charging, provides some of the snappiest charging times achieving a full 100% charge in less than 30 minutes, though has a smaller battery than alternatives. The Black Shark 5 Pro features a 108Mp back side camera that can take decent photos.
The disadvantages of Black Shark are it costs more than the Red Magic 7 Pro and can become hot after long – lasting use.
The 6.7-inch iPhone 13 Pro Max is indeed the fourth best gaming phone to buy and the first best phone gaming to beat for iOS. One of the most potent chipsets just on available in the market nowadays is Apple’s 5nm A15 Bionic.
The iPhone 13 Pro Max is notable for having a stunning Super Retina XDR screen which makes games eye – catching. Also it’s among the first iphone models to use a varying 120Hz refresh rate, providing a buttery-smooth refresh rate. The battery life is really the coolest of any iPhone and it also has 1TB of storage available.
The problem? The iPhone 13 Pro Max is a bit pricey, and its box doesn’t even include a charger.
The OnePlus 10 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 which is currently found in the best gaming android phones. Therefore as matter of fact, even the most difficult games run flawlessly on this gadget. The 6.7-inch phone’s 120Hz refresh refresh rate and long battery life of nearly 12 hours even with this adaptive refresh rate enabled—are both features that gamers will enjoy.
But the OnePlus 10 Pro’s price is undoubtedly its most appealing feature. This best gaming phone costs $899, whereas other flagships are close to $1,000. It’s difficult to come by a top-tier phone that offers that many high-end features for that price. Among all android phones, OnePlus 10 Pro has the best performance.
